Cancellation Policy
You’ll receive a complete refund if you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check-in date. If you book within 30 days of check-in and cancel within 48 hours of booking but at least 14 days before check-in, you’ll also get a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of check-in but at least 14 days before, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date.
House Rules
- Guests are expected to follow the rules and can be removed from the premises if they cause issues.
- Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals.
- Events are not allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, and cigarettes are not allowed.
- Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

Additional Rules
- Quiet hours, no heels in the house. House slippers only.
- Food should be contained in the dining area only.
- You are responsible for keeping your room key until checkout.
- TV and Internet are provided in all rooms, and in shared areas, you are required to use your own NetFlix account or other entertainment account.
Guest Requirements
All guests are required to confirm their phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to the house rules.
Profile photo required.

- Potential for noise coming from the parking area during the summer months.
